who we are

Ffin creative was founded by Elle Adams and Grant Black, who have worked with local and national organisations to reach and engage with digital audiences in their millions.

Though working nationally, Elle and Grant are both based on the Wales/England border (ffin meaning ‘border’ in Welsh)

Elle is the marketing and communications expert, specialising in supporting arts organisations to connect meaningfully with their audiences. With 7 years professional marketing experience, Elle has worked with Hay Festival, The Space, Women’s Aid and Rural Media, where she lead the marketing & distribution campaign for the BBC Arts talent development programme New Creatives.

With 15 years industry experience, Grant is an award winning content producer who has led digital content campaigns of all sizes from national broadcasters and charities to local theatre, arts and cultural organisations. Grant has developed and led creative talent programmes for BBC Arts, Channel 4 and BBC Wales all with a core ethos of diversity and inclusion.

No matter the size of the organisation or the budget, we believe there is always an affordable way to reach new audiences online.
